Have a SV9100 I am trying to set up a voicemail box up for store hours and then have it go back to the main menu. I have the mailbox set up, but it wants to record a message instead of going to the main menu. What am I missing?

Change the mailbox from a routing box to an announcement box.

In 47-02-14 I have it going to 47-07-9 and it is set to announcement

No. Set a call routing mailbox to do this job. In your main AA greeting using GOTO to take you to that CR Box 001-032. In the DAT table for that CR box set the timeout to GOTO the CR mailbox where it started from.
