I had one PhoneSuite that I maintained for a Holiday Inn, the original installer moved on. Never had a proper manual but was a fairly easy system to figure out. This was at least 20 years ago but seems like most programming was done from the console. I do remember their tech support was very helpful, might want to try giving them a call. Google shows various ways to contact them.

I tend to agree about moving on. Phonesuite is a different company in a different state :-) From my friend in TX who is/was a PS dealer, they have two people left in CO and no parts to the old 64/112e systems. Hint: Buy a new one!

The dbx system may have been the old IP system that was made by the company that bought the name, but I didn't follow the company or the evolution. It was rumored that PhoneSuite is using some part of Grandstream systems. I only had three systems, all in hospitality, and only one that I actually installed.
