when pressing greeting option #2 #3 to route call to a hunt group I get a message "please hold while your call is being transferred to extension number". How do I remove this annoncement and have it go directly to the hunt group que.

Create an Extension ID for the hunt group and disable the Auto Attendant Transfer Prompt.
Voice Processor / Devices / Extension IDs.
