I am thinking on doing what Stix1 wrote before, deleting and re-creating the extension.
But I have a question, Where do I go to delete and recreate the extension.
I am thinking on going to the Session manager, Cabinets, DKSC card and select the extension (batch change type) to (none).
Do you guys think that's the right way or I am way off?

The feature is called "Review Keys" someone may have changed the code. Also be sure you look at the stuff Stix1 is pointing out if you rebuild the extension. I would take a download of the system before making changes so you can open it up and look at it if something isn't working quite right Randt

MVSpeed,
You were right, the 396 is set up as a different keys. When I press the Review Keys and then the button it state the button name. ex, for IC state IC and for call2 state call2. That look right to me. Sometime I see the IC button flashing and sometime I see call2 or call4 flashing.
Thank you.
