We've created a new 800 number for some clients; this number is tied to a non-ACD hunt group. It rings on set list of extensions.
I'm trying to run reports on the calls made to the 800 number: - Number of calls per day (week, etc) - % of calls answered - Number of calls answered by each extension
Any report I run comes up with either no data or it pulls data from our primary ACD Hunt group.
Any suggestions?

Filters. Your greatest friend or worst enemy.
If you are trying to run reports based upon the 800 number, it's probably not going to work. Try the "Call Performance by Day (Inbound)" for percentages of calls answered. Try "Calls Completed by Extension" to see which extensions answered the calls. Since this is a Non-ACD Hunt Group, you must use a Non-ACD filter. Use the HG number in the first rang field under the Call Route tab.
