I had a telco provider do some work on my phone system so that when people call in to my company's main #, it rings at 4 different stations at once. I'm tracing back through to see how this was done, and I'm running into a wall. Let's say the main # is 222-2400, with x400 being the extension the main # is recognized as in the main system. I can see the hunt group that was created to accomplish this as well as the members of the hunt group (P0000). Also under System/Ext Lists/Station I see the station (P0000) that was created and who is in that station. Where I'm getting stuck is how all of this points back to x400. I see the pieces, but I don't see how they connect. Would someone be able to shed some light on that for me?

Is "222-2400" a DID or a POTS line?
If it's the former, then look in your Call Routing Tables under Trunk Related Information. If it's the latter then look at the Ring-In Destination in your CO Trunk Groups.

DID. And there it is under the Call Routing Tables, 2400 ring in destination, to 2005 which is the Hunt Group. Thanks!
