We're sharing our phone system with another company. We have an operator, they do not. If their callers press zero in voicemail, they come to our operator. Is there a way to stop this?

Remove the Dial 0 Destination in your tenant's MB's.

You can point 0 to whatever you want, CRA, HG, another mailbox, an ext, a phantom, a phantom forwarded off site (that's how my mailbox is set, if you have an emergence dial 0 to be connected to my cell phone)
