We are using Inter-Tel Access v 9 and Unified Communicator v 3. We dial local outside lines with 8 + 7 digit number and internal with 4 digit ext. When dialing from the phone, no problems.
In Unified Communicator I can click on an extension and it goes through, but when I click on an outside contact the phone displays "ARS is Unavailable" and a Unified Communicator popup says "Failed to connect the call. An invalid phone number was entered."
I've tried changing the contact number to several formats 7 digit, 10 digit, 8 plus 7 digit, 92000 plus 7 digit. Any ideas?
