Just replaced my UPS for the system, had to reprogram the system. Everything is working fine, but.... Unable to get SYSTEM HOLD, I am
currently stuck in " Indvisual & Skate Hold " - Unable to pick up at any other extention. What am I missing, unable to locate info in programming manual.

dial 4 and the extension it is holding at to pick up the call.
To change the ihold to system hold press spcl 327 press hold dial the 335 for system hold.
