Anyone know how on a Mitel 5000 System I can add a beep every 20 seconds to signal that the system is recording the call?
I know nothing about phone systems. Please be nice, because this is part of my job.

Make sure the Record-a-Call Tone in System Flags is on and then adjust the Record-a-Call Tone Interval in System Timers. By default it is at 0.
