Does anyone know a way to create reports on the voicemail system? I am looking to create a report on last time user logged in to mailbox, and number of new messages in mailbox.
If it helps I have the reporter pro from Inter-Tel

Contact Center Suite won’t give you that information.
You can log into the system and check subscriber statistics for the mailbox, which will show that information.

I'm remembering you can see that info if you have access and pull a download and open with the software ....... Little help here guys I have it but not seeing it in my computer.. :bang: .... anyway when someone helps with the software you will be able to download the system open the files and see what you are looking for, I'm not thinking you would want this hassle everyday but if you are looking ofr something or someone specific to see if you have an issue this will do it for you Randy

There are a few voice mail reports which can be run, but subscriber statistics isn’t one of them.

There is no specific report for subscriber statistics in DB Programming as DND ON alluded to although there is a little bit of a workaround.
Save a copy of the database and then open the .axx file with WinRAR/WinZIP. This will leave you with two files, one of which is a Microsoft Access DB.
Open that one up with MS Access and search for Local Mailboxes: Table. You will see all kinds of information there including subscriber statistics and last logon as requested.
The downside of course would be that you would have to download a fresh database each time and have Microsoft Access installed to view the files.
Randy, I'm interested to know the software you're talking about. If you remember please let us know.
Thanks,
John.

Stix ... you nailed it that was why I couldn't find the software...... it was a process to use access to open after zipping it. That seemed faster to look up the MB statistics rather than bouncing through a database THANKS!

Randy, I was the one that gave you the reader files.
There's no way to automate the process. By the time you log into the system, do a back-up, convert to zip and open the file – it’s faster to just look at the mailbox in programming.
