Axxess V9.122 with an IPRC card. They have an IP phone offsite that works. The problem is every morning they have to re-enter all its programming into the phone but everything defaults during the night. I had them check to make sure 'Overwrite Programmin" under that extension was set to Off, they say its still happening. Their Axxess is set to reset every night. Can you tell me somewhere else I can look for why it defaults?

Program all the same information into the extension in DB programming as well and see if the problem persists. If it does, I would try re-flashing the phone and then maybe even the IPRC card with the latest firmware.
I used to set all my customers up to reset every night but I've heard in the later versions you don't need to do it at all. I'll usually only program 1 day a week on systems that seem to have intermittent 'weird' problems.
Some of the other guys might have different views on the reset thing and I'd be interested to hear their takes.
