I recently rebuilt a Axxess 7.0 from scratch after a pwr failure. The only thing that the cust is not happy with is when a call is transferred to a vmbox (voicemail button, then mbx #) the display shows: "hang up to complete transfer" then "call transfered to Voicemail" They are telling me that it used to leave the extension up and neither of the msgs in quotes above were displayed. Anyone run into this before?

I don't have a system in front of me to test with......but...
....A couple of flags you could try tweaking would be Validate Voice Mailbox Numbers in System Flags and Transfer to Connect Allowed on the individual stations flags.

Those display messages are normal for the call scenario you've described. Possibly the old programmer created call routing apps that timed out @ user mailboxes and named them 'Bob's Mailbox' or something. Then to transfer to Bob's Mailbox, you could press transfer, call routing announcement and hang up. The display should display 'Call Transferred to Bob's Voicemail'. Or whatever.

Try changing the DKTS alternate transient display timer and enabling the associated flag found in station related
