Hello,
I have a select number of key sets that are calling an extension when the DND button is pushed. They are all calling the same extension which happens to be 110 (the font desk). When I check the feature codes assigned to programmable keys on the effected key sets the correct feature code is assigned to the DND button (372).
Can someone please give me a pointer as I am lost.
Thank you
Nick

On one of the broke sets, press 'Infinity', 396, then the DND key. The screen should tell you what is actually assigned to that key. It's probably not DND...

Superfoneguy thanks for the quick reply. When i check the broken keyset it does report attendant in place of the DND key. How would I change this back to DND?

If that key is a user programmable key, then you can press 'Infinity', 397, the DND key, 372. Otherwise you would need to program the key in DB Studio.

Thats where my issues is. I check programmable keys under the keyset in the DB studio and the DND (programmable key 1) is already set to feature code 372.

OK, is there a programmable key that is the 'Attendant' feature? Or under System\Station-Related Info\Keymaps\The Keymap Your Keyset Is Using, is there a key programmed for 'Attendant'?

Super,
I have checked the keymaps and none of them have feature code 0 assigned to them in any location. I found feature code 0 to call the attendant.

So that means it is likely a User Programmble key that is programmed for '0'. So if you have a keymap that has the top right key programmed for User Programmable Key 5, then any station that belongs to that keymap can potentially program that top right key to be whichever feature they choose. Then you can go to the station programmable keys and programmable key will show that feature, and you can change it there.
