On one of the Inter-Tel Axxess systems I installed.
I have one of my clients asking about callers leaving a message in their mailboxes.
How can I turn off what special delivery options ( Private or priority) I do not want the caller to be able to access? I did not look at flags on the station level, I assume it is in the voice processor level. It is a system flag or set at the mailbox level? I have installed a lot of Inter-Tel axxess EVMC's and do not remember seeing where to set this up. Ant suggestions as to where to look?

Disable the flag Play Recording Instructions in the mailbox. Callers won’t be presented with the special delivery options.
