I am in the process of upgrading our current system to VoIP and deciding between the a Telrad or Toshiba system. Does anybody have any opinions of one over the other? It will support 48 internal phones in our headquarters and 20 IP phones in the outside world. Thoughts?

Never heard/used the Telrad, but Toshiba's pretty reliable. I use (and install) it often enough. Just make sure u've got enough bandwidth.

A good vendor is more important than the system. Either system, installed and configured properly by fully certified and qualified technicians, will most likely fill your needs.
