Go into the Directory Information in the individual MB. You will have the choice for Unlisted Number or Private Extension and Mailbox Number. To learn more about each one hit F1 while on that screen.

Will that keep the caller from hearing the message to hit # for company directory?

They will still hear "hit # for company directory" in the main AA/CRA but the mailbox you made unlisted won't show up in it.
