If your system is already setup with a FAX line then call your cell phone and get the number from your caller ID. If its not already setup you are going to need help from a dealer.

If everyone has a fax then they most likely are DID's.
You can check in System\Trunk-Related Information\Call Routing Tables
This is where you can find all of your existing DID's. Depending on whether they are "hard faxes" or Unified Messaging Faxes will determine where you have to aim the DID's. It will be either at a Single Line or at a Call Routing Announcement set up specifically for your Email address.

It appears that they are not DID's after all. You can double verify this by going through all of the Call Routing Tables to see if they contain anything.
Maybe you guys are using an outside efax service which if that is the case would have nothing to do with your Inter-tel system.

Does everyone's individual fax end up in their Email Inbox or does everybody have a hard fax in their office?
If it is the former then it appears that they are not running through the Inter-tel system. If they were they would be in the form of DID's and show up in your Call Routing Tables. In this case there must be an external fax server somewhere.
If it is the latter then you will have to find an available line to connect to your fax machine. You may have to order one through your provider if none are available.

each user has it so the email gets the fax's correct. but there are two fax machines in our office, one for outgoing and one for incoming. but they can also have it to there email. and im pretty sure i know all the servers and software in the company and theres an inter-tel server with a lock on it. and i use session manager as seen above.
