Using an Inter-Tel v 11. Users report: I check my mailbox before leaving at 5pm. the next day...in the AM I check messages, the envelope tags the message as- 3pm the previous day'.
Also, another user deletes a message and 3 to 5 days later it reappears in the mailbox.
Help....
