I have a CS-5200 with BVM at version 3.2 with an intermittent problem with calls being dropped by the auto attendant, actually a CRA. The reports say are users pressing 1 and the call drops. The digit translation routes calls to an ACD. Of course, this site is almost 2 hours away and I’ll most likely need to test after hours.
I’ll start with testing the CO lines and hybrid balance. In the good old days, I would play with DTMF Digit Detect and Twist settings. Now that those options aren’t available, anyone have any tips?

Is that the only CRA that it is happening too and does it happen every time?
As well as testing the hybrid balance on the CO lines I would delete and re-create the CRA and re-record the associated greeting in case there is any sort of talk off or playoff that is contributing to the problem.

The info I have is that it’s the just one CRA and is very intermittent.
I hadn’t thought of recording a new greeting; it’s simple enough and just might do the trick.
