Inter-Tel Axxess v9.115
I have 4 Hunt Groups and 5 agents that are members of all hunt groups. When they log in, all agents log into all hunt groups at the same time. If when logged into the hunt groups the agent makes a call out, or takes a DID call, the agents phone will still take hunt group calls and ring their phone. Is there a way to stop Hunt Group calls from ringing on an agents phone if they are on a DID call?
