Call Center Server v 3.20.x, 5 active nodes.

Have a RealViewer tile that has concatenated two users ACD Agent IDs (out of about 50) on the display -

"Agent 1" blah - blah - blah
"Agent 2" blah - blah - blah
"Agent 29|Agent32" blah - blah - blah
"Agent 4" blah - blah - blah
"Agent 5" blah - blah - blah

Agent ID info in respective systems does not show any such anomaly.

CHKDSK shows no errors, no excessive temps.


Where to look for fixing?

I would start by recreating the tile, is it the same on other client machines?

If recreating the tile does not fix and it is the same on other machines then you need to look at the Callview gateway server.

Check in data manager and look at the agents you will see a list of agents, is it incorrect there.

If you restart the CCS/Callview server this should then download the agents again from all nodes. If it is still the same after a restart delete it and restart again.
