Our outgoing calls are showing up as blocked or unknown and I am sure it is because it is not transmitting our phone number in the caller id. I have isolated it down to our T1's. The phone company says everything is fine on there end. Is there something in the system that I have to set to send our phone number in the caller id?

There are two methods for generating Caller ID. It’s either provided by the carrier, or via the Calling Party Number field on each station.
I’ve never heard of a straight T1 using Calling Party Number, only PRIs. Obviously, I could be wrong.
If the carrier is looking for Calling Party Number and none are entered, the Home Area Code will be displayed as the Caller ID number.
