I am trying to hook up the page output of inter-tel to a shure scm 262 mixer. I am using a bogen wmt-1a matching adapter for 600 ohms. I cant get anything out of the adapter and wonder is there 600 ohms coming out of the inter-tel? or do I have a bad adapter?
If the blind lead the blind,both shall fall into the ditch.

I changed out the adapter but still no sound. I am sending the page output over a station cable about 200 feet to where the amp is. Could that drop the sound that much to make a difference? I can hear the page through my butt set at the amp but as soon as i put it into anything i get nothing.

This sounds like a paging issue, not the PBX.
Try posting in the paging forum, where more members might be able to help.
