Ring intercom Always (377). If I want to voice announce another extension I dial (377), that forces the call to voice announce. Can the other caller turn off hands free by dialing (319)? If I "only" want to receive hands free do I dial (319)? If my client want some of the extensions to receive voice announced calls at the extension then I should be able to go to each extension and dial (319). Is that correct?

Depends on how it was turned on by the person that programmed it. If it has a forward path to voice mail (or anywhere else for that matter)and IC calls is set to yes. It is going to ring the intercom. I'm not thinking that can be over ridden by a feature code. I could be wrong never tried just how I think it has always worked Randy

Ring Intercom Always controls the calling (transmit) phone.
Handsfree controls the called (receive) phone.
You can only control your own phone; you can’t force the other station to do anything.
