I have access 9.1 currently looking like we will update to V 11.
Is it possible in 9.1 or 11 to set a hunt group to basically have its own Night mode?
If I make an HG and ACD agent based is it possible to have the HG act differently if all agents are logged out... So that can trigger the night mode and go to VM?
We are looking to have at least one dept have exteneded hours so if I could set their DID to hit thenHG in both day and night modes; then let the HG send all calls to a voicemail or call anouncement when all agents log out they can control their own night type mode and not effect other calls.

Logging all agents out of the ACD won’t accomplish anything. Calls will stay in queue until the recall timer expires, whether anyone is logged in or not.
A STAR application will allow the ACD to have its own “night†hours.

Yeah, The issue is they are wanting to basically stay open when the call vol is high but not all the time.
So I can't it by day/time.
I assume there is no way to make a STAR app where the user and change the triger times on the fly easily.
