I have a Mitel 5000 HX 4.0 using a PRI where the customer has recently added account codes that are being controlled by the telco.
Extension 4249 wants to forward his extension to his LD cell phone which happens to generate the call accounting tone. What does Mitel use as pause to enter in the dial string before I enter the account code?
Example CF to: 1-615-555-1212 (pause) 123456
Thanks, Jim

Press the 'Infinity' key until you see a 'P' for pause.

Thanks, pal...that's what I was needing for this guy.
BTW, what about a 5330 on the same system?

I think you press the 'Circle X' key (between the Blue Settings key and Redial) to do the same thing.
