Thanks in advanced for answering the question.
The shop has updated 2-5000 systems from 3.2-5.0. Each had EM for vmail.
Upgrades had issues when the EM vmail tried to talk to the 5000. Indications show 5000 tried to talk to EM and turn on the BVM on the 5000. Tech support has to get into the 5000, through remote control of tech laptop. They make some changes and the problem is fixed.
Does anyone know where and what the change to correct the problem?

How about Operations / Voice Processor Operations / Disable Unified Voice Messaging?
With version 5 there is no BVM; it’s UVM.
