Inter-Tel Axxess, v10.003

Our LD service is AT&T, LL is Time/Warner.

We route all LD calls out our LD AT&T trunks/T1s. Only local area code numbers go out the T/W Local Loop.

I've just learned that AT&T and Verizon don't like to place nice with each other - we can't place calls to Verizon 855-xxx-yyyy numbers when call goes out our AT&T T1s.

Is it possible to automatically force an 855 call out our local loop trunks/T1 instead of defaulting to the AT&T side?

Absolutely. Create a Route Group with the specific numbers listed in the Dial Patterns – 1855+, etc. Move it to the top of the ordered list, before the other Route Groups that potentially contain a match.

Point it at the Facility Group using the appropriate trunk group. If necessary, create a new Facility Group if you need custom Dial Rules.
