IMX 1224 has worked great for many years. Customer switched providers and now cannot dial local calls. When a line is selected, the PBX immediately and automaticlly dials a"1" which caused the dial tone to stop. The customer can continue dialing a long distance call but not a local call.
I replaced one of the new pots lines from Integra, with an original line from Qwest, and the system will not dial "1" and local calls may be dialed.
I have looked through programming, but didn't see anything that might solve the problem.

How do you know a "1" is being dialed, Butt-set monitor? Physically tried to dial a local call directly on CO line? What button are you using to select the CO line; a line button or the Outgoing button? Or an access code? There's nothing in programming that will cause what you are reporting. The closest thing that might cause that is LCR, but still there would be no difference in dialing when using a different provider.
