I just discovered that I have one extension in a conference room that I can't make outgoing calls. I press the "outgoing" button, or dial 8, dial the number and I get a fast busy. It works fine for IC calls. I'm pretty sure it use to work.
Is there an extension specific setting that would block outgoing calls? Maybe a feature code?

You'll want to verify that it has outgoing access in the trunk group that it is using for its outgoing extension.

Under Devices & Feature Codes > CO Trunk Groups > 9201 > Outgoing Access > Day > There is a Station List PP051 "All Extension" The extension that cannot dial out is in that group.
Was that the right place to look?

This just happened again with a different extension. I know that out going calls worked on this extension in the past because they use it to do mystery shopping calls. It is close to the front desk, so I checked the switchboard to see how many calls there were at that time and there were none, so we're not out of lines. I checked the extensions and one is 5.8.1 and the other is 4.16.1 so I don't think they even on the same line card.
