We're trying to build up a pool of spares for our Axxess system (repair vendor recently upped our plan rate over 2x and we weren't getting our money's worth as it was) and we're finding the EVMC disk (550.5363) pretty difficult to obtain. Assuming we have a clean image for the correct software version and we're not overly concerned with warranties or OEM support, can we simply buy any 2.5" 30GB IDE drive, or are we constrained to the specific models Inter-Tel uses?
