We have a customer with an Axxess running 9.009 and a W2K VPU. They recently upgraded their email server to Outlook 2010 and of course now inbound faxing does not work. Does anyone know if the VPU will even be compatible with outlook 2010? Also, watching AVDAPMon it keeps showing "logging in to the email system...ALARM: Open Default Message Store failed. Under services the Fax Service is set to automatic but it never starts, even if I try to start it manually...

The server is Exchange, not Outlook. The issue is with Exchange accepting emails from a 3rd party application.
