I'm working on an Axxess 512 with a CPS with two other nodes. All are version 11.010. They recently had some copper trunks that were not part of the system ported to their PRI. In call routing table 1 I added a pattern for each number, 4104-4108 and directed them to the extensions they need to ring. These extensions are on a different node than the PRI. If I call any one of the new numbers it does not ring the extension it is pointed to but rather the auto attendant. We do have a "catch all" pattern built that send calls that don't match any other programmed pattern to auto attendant. I spent a large amount of time on the phone with the carrier who insists they are sending the correct 4 digits for each of the new numbers. Is there something else I need to check or a way for me to verify I am receiving the correct digits from the carrier?
Thanks for any input.

Sounds like you aren't receiving the proper digits or the right amount of digits. Enable SMDR and monitor it to see what digits you are actually receiving.

Did you test the numbers by pointing them to extensions at the local node?
Do any other DIDs on that routing table work properly when pointed to the remote node?
