What is the process to place a conference call from a polycom? We know how to do it from a keyset that has the CONF button.

By default the Conference code is '5', so assuming it hasn't been changed:
Place the first call.
Press the 'Flash' button
Press 5
Make the next call
Press the 'Flash' button
Press 5
Press the 'Flash' button
Press 5
