I have a customer with a Premier ESP DX system. The phones we normally use are 660-7400 with A/B switch. By mistake we received a phone that looks exactly the same but doesn't have the A/B switch or the baud rate strap. Can I use this phone on the station cards with the dual ports?
Thanks

No you will need to get the "turbo phone" with the A/B switch to work on the KSC-D for 16 port capability. The non turbo phones were designed to work on the ESP 612/1224/2460.
