I am currently looking at migrating an unused digital line card from one of my Axxess 10 systems to another that is in need of more capacity. I need to know is there specific process I go through to do this migration. I believe that all I need to do is just pull the card from the one system and install it on the other system. The new system will recognize the card and make it available to me to use. I know that I will need to install an 25 pr cable so I can terminate those ports to stations but on the phone side is there anything specific I need to do.

The card is hot swappable but your will still need to program the card via Session Manager. Even if it does detect the card, all of the circuits will be set to NONE. Any phone connected to the new card will come up with a Major Alarm.

that is what I thought, I would need to program the card to accept whatever endpoints I needed, correct?
