Is there a device, like the Single Line Adapter, that could emulate an analog DID trunk for Inter-Tel?
As it is, customer has an SLA connected to a fax device. Fax device picks up line and after a short delay receives 4 DTMF digits for fax routing.
Customer now has software which integrates their main application, but that software only works with analog DID trunks and Brooktrout cards for any DID fax routing.
The provider does not offer analog trunks, but the local telco does. The easiest, not necessarily the best solution is to order 2 analog trunks from the local telco and port the 100 numbers across the two.
Would like suggestions.
Thanks everyone
