I have a customer with an intermittent peculiar problem.
They have their 800 number aimed at one of their DID's residing on a PRI which rings a hunt group.
At times, they will answer the call fine but it will continues to ring. When the 2nd person answers the call, it pulls it from the original person for a second then disconnects the call.
Has anyone seen anything like this?

I wouldn’t think that it has anything to do with the DID or PRI; it’s just call coming down the pipe like any other.
How about corruption in the hunt group itself? Maybe delete and rebuild?
