We use a pager system in the company. This is how is working right now. When the user press the button on the phone it goes to a phone extension from there the user manually dial 101* and ext 5555# and hang up.
We want to know if there is a way to speed up the process. For example: the user press the phone button and from there goes to 5711 and 101* at the same time, the only thing that the user have to put is their extension.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Benito

You just hang up? You don't say anything? Does the page come out over the phones only, or does it include a PA system? It sounds as though a physical phone is wired somewhere to send audio to a PA system. Look for a Page Out port to connect to a PA.
There's much more information needed here to really help you out. What phone system are you using?
