Anyone been able to make this work? I'm running into a conflict where it's looking for an older .NET Framework file.

Yes. WIN7 32 bit. 64 bit unknown. No .Net issues.

You have to install the older version of .net. It's out there. PM me if you can't find it.

He got the .net issue squared away and the phone works. Now the laptop won't recognize the Plantronics headset as a headset, it just shows up as a speaker.

Yes I had the same problem so you need to go into the audio controll panel in windows and make sure you set it there as well on the 8602 to pick they advance audio settings. It's a shame that the 8602 is going a away soon.

Run the application in XP SP2. Also, you may need admin rights to see the headset in devices.

Without the admin rights, the headset still worked. The application gives an alert that there are no suitable adapters, but it still worked.
