Hello All,
I have a couple of agents who are reporting they are unable to retrieve calls on hold or calling on another line when they put a current call on hold. For example: I am on a call speaking with someone and the other line rings, I can put the current caller on hold but would not be able to answer the other line. I can see the line ringing on the phone button but when pressing it nothing happens. Any ideas? Thanks so much in advance.

I was wondering if there is a way to setup Inter-Tel so if an agent is already on a call, no other calls in the huntgroup que will ring on another line?
If the control key is on the bottom of the keyboard.
Is anything ever really under control?
