My database seems to be corrupted. When I go into Inter-Tel Data Manager (Part of the Contact Center Suite), under Database Settings View it tells me that the status of every single database file is: "Unexpected JET Error: 0..." ... when i do the Repair All option, it takes a while then eventually failed saying "Repair/Compact Failed".
When I make a copy of the database and try to open the .mdb files in Access, i get an error telling me I dont have permission to view the file (even though I have Everyone group set to Full Control file permissions).
I really need the data inside this database... does anyone know of a way to repair or fix this? Is there a work-around I'm not thinking of? At this point I'm not even sure the proper way to clear everything out and start over...
