Hi guys,

I started a thread here:

but have discovered the root of my problems.

My database seems to be corrupted. When I go into Inter-Tel Data Manager (Part of the Contact Center Suite), under Database Settings View it tells me that the status of every single database file is: "Unexpected JET Error: 0..." ... when i do the Repair All option, it takes a while then eventually failed saying "Repair/Compact Failed".

When I make a copy of the database and try to open the .mdb files in Access, i get an error telling me I dont have permission to view the file (even though I have Everyone group set to Full Control file permissions).

I really need the data inside this database... does anyone know of a way to repair or fix this? Is there a work-around I'm not thinking of? At this point I'm not even sure the proper way to clear everything out and start over...

SOLVED:

was unable to edit my original post to say solved..

Rebooting had zero effect, but for some reason... when I manually stopped the Data Manager Service running in services.msc, then restarted it... then tried the repair database tool... it worked this time.

So successfully repaired the database and got back into the call statistics.
