I have an Axxess 11 system and I want to see if it is possible to program multiple extensions to ring to the same phone.
Example: Two employees use one office with just one phone. They have their own assigned extensions so need to have their individually assigned extensions to ring on that phone.

Create a hunt group with that keyset as the only member, which recalls to an application that times out to a mailbox associated with the hunt group.
Employee “A†uses the keyset as his extension number; Employee “B†uses the hunt group as his extension number.
I did this in a newspaper that had day and night shifts and the folks shared desks.

With this set up will they be able to distinguish between calls for employee "A" from employee "B"?

No. You could get creative and assign a DSS key for the hunt group.

If you create a CRA before entering the Hunt Group, the display show the call was transferred from the CRA. So 1851 could be "Bob" which then forwards to a Hunt Group. 1852 could be "Tim", and so on. This does eliminate Caller ID.
