Axxess 11.0 system
A user sent me this problem:
I just tried to tranfer a call now to an extensiion. I hit transfer, but when I hang up it doesnt transfer the call because the phone is not letting me hang up... that is what's happening I cant hang up a call the call stays there until the person hangs up, when I pick up the phone I dont have a dial tone either.
