Suggestion on where to look to resolve this error in Attendant Console. NODE1 has no problem dialing extensions, phantoms or extensions forwarded to phantoms or outside lines. Every other NODE cannot reach out to any NODE1 forwarded extension. The following message displays in Attendant console after about 10 seconds of saying it is ringing:
Call Cleared – You are no longer connected to the party.
This is an Axxess 9.1 system and everything was working fine until i was notified today about it.
