I am running an Inter-Tel 5000 and upon logging in I get a popup that states Extension Manager Notice. It lists extension that belong to my NYC office PBX. It lists them all as follows:

Extension conflict - 10471 (Extension ID)
Extension conflict - 10471 (IP/Digital Off-Node Device)

It does those two lines for about 6 extensions.

Any Ideas?

I typically ignore those messages unless it is service affecting.

If it is service affecting, you can make note of the specific conflicts and trace them down in DB Programming. In this instance, I would just delete the Extension ID 10471.

I tried that, but here's the thing when I delete the Extension ID when a call comes in on one of our company 800 numbers and we have setup the "1" on CRA to transfer to collect extensions the deleted extension is no longer reachable and the error stays there still for the off-node device.

A quick tip for tracking down extension conflicts...

Try to create a hunt group with the same extension number. A dialog box will pop up listing any conflicts, which you can then resolve.
