I followed instructions on a previous post about creating a secondary extension key to have calls forwarded to another extension when the first one doesn't pick up. I want to have x1609, ring on x1604, after 3 rings. I can't seem to get it to ring on 1604 after 3 rings. But it does transfer after the normal time. However, more importantly, it never gets to the voicemail of x1604, it will just continuously ring. I would want to have calls transferred from x1609 to be able to reach voicemail on x1604. X1609 currently does not have a mailbox associated with it.

I also created a new forwarding path to x1604 and applied it to forwarding paths on x1609. I created a new hunt group with the 2 extensions in it, set the No Answer Advance to 5 seconds, and it still never gets to the voicemail, just continuously rings.

Have the hunt group recall to a CRA that times out to MB 1604.

Thanks, so I created a new application, 2506, set the transfer recall destination at 1604 and in digit translations, set the timeout to transfer to mailbox 1604, however it's still not going to the voicemail.

Here's a run down of what I have done:

-Created new hunt group 2008
-Created new Application 2506
-Set recall to 2506
-Added Members 1604 and 1609
-Made supervisor 1609
-Changed No Answer Advance Time to 5
-In Application 2506, changed Transfer Recall Destination to 1604
-Made Timeout to Transfer to Mailbox 1604
-In Station settings, created Forwarding Path to 1604, with the forwarding point 1 being 1604
-On 1604, I created a Secondary Extension Key 1609 set to Ring When 1.
