Not figuring this out. For some reason MOH works for the second Hunt Group - CBatch2, but does NOT work for the first - CBatch1. Near as I can tell they're both set up exactly the same way. What am I doing wrong? https://i.imgur.com/QMVJ0.png

Do calls originate from the same trunk group?

Not always, HGs are conjoint, across four (4) sites, Birmingham AL (3 T1s), Dublin OH (3 T1s), Kansas City KS (2 T1s) and Bristol, UK (2 T1s).
My testing of though just from my office phone in BHAM, so for that at least yes.

What do you hear on CBatch1? Ringback, silence, tick tone?
Is CBatch2 the recall destination for CBatch1?
I think what DND ON is alluding to is the audio settings on the respective trunk groups themselves.
What I like to do personally is select 'Use Next Device's Audio Source' so that each individual device (station, hunt group, etc.) can dictate what the caller hears. I think this is a pretty common way to do it.

Basically two levels for each service queue:
First, ie CBatch1, if not answered in time then Second, ie CBatch2, if not answered there in time then All Everybody queue - 'All Hands on Deck', where it stays until answered or exited.
First, ie CBatch1 gives ringback (want MoH) Second, ie CBatch2 gives MoH. Third gives MoH.

I would definitely trace out the call through the trunk group and possibly Call Routing Announcement that puts it in to the first hunt group.
Double check the audio settings on those as per my previous post.
