When reviewing trunk utilization in the AXXESS system, is the report in contact center suite the most accurate way to do this using the "line usage by half hour"? Or is there a better way? I am looking for a full calendar year at peak utilization to review saturation numbers on our trunks.

Can your carrier provide reports? AT&T will provide a busy study that that shows trunk utilization better than anything the PBX can create.
